Hi. I’m the RD for SW CO. I’m wondering where the tournament supplied news stories come from, how many there are, etc.

Hi. I’m one of the ACMs for challenge D. The tournament supplied stories are provided by the challenge writers who found them from real news sources. These will only be headlines, not the entire story. They are sent to the state ADs who will get them to each RCM before the tournament. There are usually about 30-40 per level, and each headline should only be used once. Hope this helps. Mary Ann
