Warm-ups Challenges
Warm-up challenges are meant to get your team jump started. They are quick 5 minute improv exercises. Use 3 minute to plan and 2 minutes to perform. Props may be imaginary. Scoring is based on the creativity of their solution and character development. Up to 25 points for the creativity of the solution and up to 25 points for character development – 50 point total possible.
- Use sponges to make a flag that will help you mow the lawn, but you ran out of gas while at the grocery store with a professional wrestler.
- Use pasta to make an office product that will dance, but when you’re in Chinatown with your personal chef there is a flood.
- Use rubber bands to make a musical Instrument that will feed animals, but while you’re at a ski resort the electricity goes out and you have a problem with a tuba player.
- Use a hula hoop to create a camera for a vampire who is visiting a chicken farm but something keeps making him laugh uncontrollably.
